Payment for PW Center Conference Calls and Immersions:
You can pay for confernce calls and immersions securely online through PayPal or pay by check.

For conference calls, payment is due in full at the time of registration.
For immersions offered through the PWC, a deposit of 1/2 the tuition is due at registration with the balance due no later than 3 weeks prior to the immersion.
 
Cancellations and Refunds for PW Center Conference Calls and Immersions:
Up until one week prior to the beginning of a conference call or immersion offered through the PWC, conference Calls will be given a refund minus a $50 administration fee.
Immersions will be given a refund minus a $100 administration fee or full payment may be left as credit towards another conference call or immersion offered through the PWC within one year.
Once a conference call series or immersion has begun, tuition and fees are non-refundable.
