“When I stumbled onto PW, I was caught in a tumult of conflicting thoughts and feelings. Through PW, I learned to recognize and begin to unpack the various strands of the tangled logic of my psyche. It has helped me reconnect with and use my native intelligence. My consciousness continues to be altered by this practice, and its effects radiate into every aspect of my life.”
